Complaints

The Peninsula Medical Foundation complaints process conforms to that of the Fundraising Standards Board (FRSB).

It operates in three stages. In the first instance your complaint should be made to:

and we will make every effort to resolve your complaint.



If you believe that we have not resolved your complaint we will advise you of your option to refer the complaint to the FRSB for their consideration. If your complaint is not resolved at this stage, adjudication of your complaint by the Board of the FRSB will then take place as the final stage of the complaints process.

We keep all details of your complaint confidential. Should it be necessary to go to adjudication of your complaint by the Board of the FRSB then the outcome will be published on the FRSB website.
